Mary has been working in the healing field for over 25 years. She is a graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and has certifications in Traditional Thai Yoga Massage and Integrated Energy Therapy as well as Reiki. Most recently certified by Dr. Luis Garcia in Biomagnetic Pair Therapy.

Nala, LMT, CNA
Nala found her calling as a massage therapist while navigating alternative treatment options after receiving a diagnosis of sciatica and PTSD. Experiencing firsthand the miraculous physical and emotional healing benefits that massage therapy had to offer, she realized helping others discover a regulated nervous system was truly her passion. She graduated from the Massage Schools 750-hour program and specializes in trigger point therapy helping clients to find relief in stored physical tension and emotional stress via deep tissue knot release. Overall she enjoys tailoring each massage using a psychosomatic approach to hone in on restoring a more balanced body, mind and spirit.
